Hospice Care -- We work in close collaboration with the Hospice Agency to provide maximum comfort and care to meet the ongoing and changing needs of your loved one.  Our aides are experienced caregivers and specialize in end of life personal care, and assist with non-pharmacological approaches to pain management, with the goal of allowing your family member to live their days with peace and dignity. Our healthcare professionals are here to help guide you through this process, focusing on comfort at all times. 

Dementia Care – Our team is trained through the Alzheimer’s Association to teach their Habilitation Curriculum and brings the goal of Purposeful Engagement to our clients. We in turn train our caregivers and families in this approach. Learning personal preferences, history, hobbies, etc. helps formulate individualized care plans, and becomes a personalized approach for managing challenging behaviors, empowering independence and maintaining quality of life for our clients.
