Our entire team, including clinical, management, and scheduling recruits, are thoroughly screened and vetted. We verify work references and do a thorough criminal background check (CORI) of all employees as well as validate their driver’s record and insurance. All employees are also verified to be legal for employment. They undergo TB testing and chest x-rays, and all have a physician’s letter stating that they can work without restrictions.

Yes! We provide in-service training throughout the year. It is important to note that the social worker, nurse, or health care professional that opens each case instructs that aide in the personal care of each patient according to the care plan designed for that patient. Prior to hire, our aides complete a 75 question competency exam, which evaluates both their English comprehension, as well as their skillset. Our aides then go through an extensive orientation program, prior to being assigned to any client.

Yes! A social worker, nurse, or health care professional creates a personalized care plan upon admission for the aide to follow. Our social worker or nurse oversees your aide to ensure quality of care. In the rare instance that the match does not work out, we will make the necessary change. Often, there are unannounced supervisory visits by  a Care Solutions team member.

Yes! All of our staff are licensed, insured, and bonded.

Our rates include the hours worked, supervision, and scheduling. Our service charges are also inclusive of withholding state and federal taxes, social security taxes, federal and state unemployment, workers compensation, professional and general liability insurance, and payroll expense.
